​Initial Exam​

Your first visit is a 45-minute initial exam, during which we discuss what brought you in and what you hope to achieve. We identify how your body has been adapting to stress and where nerve communication is being disrupted.

Together, we go through a full functional assessment:

• Digital posture analysis

• Video movement evaluation (walking and squatting patterns)

• Nervous system and spinal examination​

• Muscle strength testing

Then, we schedule your Report of Findings (included with your Initial Exam offer), during which we will review the results from your exam.​​

Report of Findings

​​On your second visit, we review your Report of Findings (included with your Initial Exam). We show you your movement videos, explain your nervous system evaluation, and help you understand what's causing your symptoms.

Based on your assessment, you'll receive a Personalized Care Plan. This is where we recommend frequency of visits, expected timeline, and what to expect as you progress. Together, we review care plan options and payment structures that work for your circumstances. ​Most patients receive their first adjustment during this visit.
