MEDICARE COMPLIANCE
Our pricing for patients aged 65 and above follows the Medicare fee schedule guidelines. You pay per visit according to this adjusted fee structure. You are responsible for payment at the time of service and can seek reimbursement from Medicare if you have coverage. We do not bill Medicare directly. We provide all necessary documentation for you to submit.
While Medicare guidelines mean you aren't eligible for our new patient exam offers, the Medicare fee schedule itself reflects reduced rates for adjustment visits. So while the structure looks different, the savings are still there, built into every visit from the start.
VA BENEFITS
We provide care to veterans through the VA Community Care program. If you're eligible for VA benefits, we can bill the VA directly.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT
We are an out-of-network provider; we do not bill insurance directly. We provide superbills with all applicable diagnostic codes for potential reimbursement, should your insurance cover out-of-network chiropractic care. We accept credit, debit, cash, as well as HSA and FSA for payment.

Care plans typically consist of 12-60 visits, depending on the complexity of your health presentation and goals. During your Report of Findings, we recommend a specific care plan and discuss an investment structure that's sustainable for you.
