Diversified Technique

Diversified is the most widely practiced chiropractic method in the world, and for good reason. It's precise, effective, and time-tested. Using a quick, targeted manual thrust, we restore motion and alignment to joints that have become restricted or misaligned, whether in the spine or extremities.

You may hear a "popping" sound during this kind of adjustment. That's simply the release of gas from the joint as pressure shifts, a sign the joint is moving again. The result is often immediate: reduced pain, improved range of motion, and clearer communication along your nervous system.

This technique is entirely hands-on, and when a gentler approach feels right, we can also use an activator tool or drop table to deliver a lower-intensity impulse. It's safe and effective across a wide range of ages, bodies, and conditions.

Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI)

Your body doesn't store stress randomly. Every experience that your system couldn't fully process gets stored somewhere in your structure, as tension or holding patterns woven into the geometry of your spine and tissues. BGI is the framework we use to understand and work with that.

Rather than applying force, we use light, precise contact that follows the natural lines and spirals already present in your structure. We're not pushing your body into place. We're inviting a shift your body is already ready to make. Breath awareness and mindful movement are integrated into this process, helping stored tension to soften and release in ways that extend beyond the structural. You might notice feeling more grounded, calmer, or simply more at ease in your own skin.

After an adjustment, we give your body time to integrate what just happened. That quiet reset is where the real reorganization occurs.

How we use them together

Diversified and BGI aren't in competition. They work together. Diversified addresses specific areas of restriction with directional precision, while BGI helps your system recognize, receive, and integrate the change. One creates the opening. The other helps it last. Together, they allow us to meet your body where it is, applying the right kind of contact at the right moment, so that each adjustment builds toward something more than symptom relief.
