BEYOND THE PRACTICE
We believe your relationship with your nervous system extends beyond our office. Through workshops, community events, and educational resources, we support your continued growth and understanding.
MONTHLY WORKSHOPS
We host monthly workshops exploring nervous system health, movement practices, breathwork, and the mind-body connection. These gatherings offer practical tools you can use at home and opportunities to connect with others on similar healing journeys.
Workshop topics include nervous system regulation, movement for resilience, breathwork for stress management, postural awareness, and sustainable self-care practices. Our approach is accessible whether you're new to these concepts or already engaged in wellness practices.
COMMUNITY EVENTS & OUTREACH
We're committed to making nervous system education accessible beyond our practice walls. We participate in community events, collaborate with local organizations, and look for opportunities to serve Capitol Hill and greater Seattle.
As an LGBTQIA+ owned practice rooted in our community, we build partnerships, host collaborative events, and create welcoming spaces for people to explore their body's capacity to heal.

EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
Education is central to our practice. We provide personalized video education, email resources about nervous system health, in-office guidance that explains the "why" behind what we do, and recommended resources for continued learning.
We're not here to create dependency. We're here to help you understand your body well enough to make informed decisions about your care and health.
OUR COMMITMENT
We continuously deepen our expertise and expand how we serve you. We listen to what our community needs and adapt accordingly. The workshops we offer, partnerships we build, and resources we create all come from paying attention to the questions you're asking.

If there's a topic you'd like to explore or a way we could better support your healing journey, we want to hear it.
