As your nervous system adapts, we focus on strengthening new patterns and building ownership of your health. This is where you start noticing what you can do now that you couldn't before. You're improving how you function.
Phase 3: Integration
This phase is about sustained resilience. You're no longer working to get out of pain; you're optimizing how you move through the world. Many people describe this as finally feeling at home in their bodies.
Wellness Care
Many people choose to receive continued support beyond their initial Care Plan. Wellness Care helps you maintain the foundation you built. Your visit frequency shifts based on your needs.
