​Initial Exam​

Your first visit is a 45-minute exam to discuss your concerns and goals. We identify how your body adapts to stress and where nerve communication is disrupted.

Together, we go through a full functional assessment:

• Digital posture analysis

• Video movement evaluation (walking and squatting patterns)

• Nervous system and spinal examination​

• Muscle strength testing

​​We then schedule your Report of Findings, included with your Initial Exam. Together, we will review the results.​​​​

​​​​On your second visit, we show your movement videos, explain your evaluation, and help you understand your symptoms.
