INSURANCE
We are in-network with Kaiser Permanente and Aetna, and are actively working toward approval with additional major insurance providers. If you have coverage through either of these plans, we can bill your insurance directly. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, deductible, and coverage details.
For all other insurance plans, we are an out-of-network provider. We provide superbills with all applicable diagnostic codes for potential reimbursement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA.
VA BENEFITS
We provide care to veterans through the VA Community Care program. If you're eligible for VA benefits, we can bill the VA directly.
How VA Coverage Works:

PRICING
The prices below reflect out-of-pocket cash rates. If you are billing through Kaiser Permanente or Aetna, your cost of care will vary based on your coverage.
Treatments
Comprehensive Initial Exam: $150
Your 45-minute assessment includes a health history consultation, digital posture and movement analysis, nervous system and spinal evaluation, and a Doctor's Report of Findings with a personalized Care Plan.
Chiropractic Adjustment: $75
Diversified Technique, combined with Bio-Geometric Integration, works together to remove interference in your nervous system and create space to invite lasting change. Read more about Our Techniques.
Progress Exam: $75
Progress Exams are performed every 12 visits to assess your nervous system's adaptation and adjust your care plan as you progress through phases.
Re-Start Exam: $150
If you've been away from care for six months or more, we'll begin with a Re-Start Exam before resuming adjustments. A lot can shift in that time, and we want to make sure we have a current picture of where your body is before we continue.
MEDICARE (65+)
Our pricing for patients aged 65 and above follows the Medicare fee schedule guidelines. You are responsible for payment at the time of service and can seek reimbursement from Medicare if you have coverage. We do not bill Medicare directly, but we provide Superbills for you to submit for reimbursement if you have coverage.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is offered by Christopher Manning of Mindful Massage Seattle LLC. Sessions are available in three lengths to fit your needs and schedule.

Care Plans & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your nervous system heals through repetition and rhythm. A care plan provides the consistency needed for lasting change, with regular checkpoints to check progress and adapt your care as you move through phases. Plans can range from 12 to 60 visits, depending on the complexity of your health presentation and goals.
Most patients are surprised by how manageable care gets with the right payment structure. In your Report of Findings, Dr. Chris will recommend a specific plan and walk through options that make sense for your life. All options include the same quality of care.
Pay Per Visit: No commitment required. Visits are billed individually at the time of service.
Care Packages: Packages can be purchased individually as you move through your care plan, giving you meaningful savings without paying everything up front. Each package covers a set number of adjustments over a defined window. Discounts range from 10% to 20% depending on the package, and your recommended sequence will be outlined in your personalized Care Plan.
Paid in Full: Pay for your full care plan upfront and save 20%. Re-Exams are included, and scheduling remains flexible throughout your plan.
Membership: A recurring monthly option for clients who prefer to move through care at their own pace. See Membership below for full details.
Membership
For clients who want to move through care at their own pace, membership offers consistent nervous system support, meaningful savings, and a predictable monthly structure.
Both tiers follow a 12-visit care trajectory, giving your nervous system the rhythm it needs to build lasting change. Membership begins on your enrollment date and renews monthly until your 12-visit duration is complete.

Adjustments are available within each monthly billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. They don't roll over. At the end of your plan, we'll schedule a Re-Exam ($75) to assess where your body is and discuss whether maintaining that frequency is still supportive or if you are ready to shift to a lower frequency.
Membership renews each month automatically. Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
