About the event
This isn't a typical fundraiser. LIFT is a community-centered gathering focused on connection during the darker months of the year, and it feels deeply aligned with the work we care about: nervous system regulation, mental health support, and showing up for one another.
Winter in the Pacific Northwest can be a time of restoration and reflection. It can also be isolating, heavy, and hard on mental health. LIFT creates space to acknowledge both realities while gathering in intentional community.
The evening includes guided breathwork, meditation, sound experiences, speakers, workshops, and intentional facilitation. There will also be a curated silent and live auction featuring meaningful local offerings. Every speaker and facilitator is donating their time, and 100% of the proceeds support the Center for Suicide Awareness. This nonprofit has been providing suicide prevention education, resources, and operating the Hope Line since 2010.
We're contributing a certificate for an initial exam and three adjustments to the silent auction, and we'd love to see you there if this resonates.
