About the event

Start your week feeling grounded, open, and steady with this simple, accessible practice designed to build nervous system attunement, stability, and resilience.

Dr. Chris Brown leads gentle movement to warm the body and bring awareness back online. Chris Wurden guides practical breathing and nervous system practices that support grounding and self-attunement. No hype, overwhelm, or jargon: just foundational work focused on sensing, settling, and supporting your nervous system in ways that translate into daily life.

This is for anyone wanting to reset from the weekend and step into the week resourced, whether you're new to movement and breathwork or already engaged in these practices.
