The chiropractic Diversified Technique is being used to relieve physical restriction in the neck and joints. This helps reduce pain and restore movement and alignment.

Diversified Technique

Diversified is the most widely practiced chiropractic method in the world for good reason. It’s precise, effective, and time-tested. Using a quick, targeted manual thrust, we restore motion and alignment to joints that have become restricted or misaligned, whether in the spine or extremities.

A "popping" sound may occur during adjustment as gas is released from the joint. This often brings reduced pain and increased range of motion.

When a gentler approach feels right, we can also use an activator tool or drop table to deliver a lower-intensity impulse. It’s safe and effective across a wide range of ages, bodies, and conditions.

Bio-Geometric Integration, breath-guided integration, gentle contact, and gentle movement help release stored tension in the soft tissue. People often notice a sense of ease they didn't expect, reduced body tension, a quieter nervous system, and a greater sense of presence.

Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI)

Your body doesn't store stress randomly. Every experience that your system couldn't fully process gets stored somewhere in your structure, as tension or holding patterns woven into your spine and tissues. BGI is the framework we use to understand and work with that.

BGI uses light, precise contact to invite a shift your body is already ready to make. Breath awareness and mindful movement help stored tension to soften and release.

After a BGI adjustment, people often notice a sense of ease they didn't expect, reduced body tension, a quieter nervous system, and a greater sense of presence.

Diversified and BGI work together. Diversified helps remove restrictions, while BGI helps your system receive and integrate the change. One creates the opening. The other helps it last. Each adjustment builds toward something more than symptom relief.

How we use them together

Diversified and BGI work together. Diversified helps remove restrictions, while BGI helps your system receive and integrate the change. One creates the opening. The other helps it last. Together, they allow us to meet your body where it is, applying the right kind of contact at the right moment, so that each adjustment builds toward something more than symptom relief.

MINDFUL MASSAGE

Massage therapy at The Source is offered by Christopher Manning, a licensed massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies.

Christopher's work goes beyond the muscle itself. His myofascial approach addresses the connective tissue that surrounds and runs through the musculature, helping the body distribute tension and pressure more evenly. The result is a deeper, more lasting release than surface-level work alone can provide.

Christopher offers several techniques to help release tension. Cupping, hot stone massage, hot towels, and aromatherapy can be included in any session at no extra charge.

Christopher's work is especially supportive for people navigating high stress or anxiety, desk workers carrying tension in the neck and shoulders, those dealing with chronic low back pain, and athletes looking for recovery support.

Massage appointments can be booked directly through our Client Portal.
